Description of works
Originally a two-bedroom, 1-bathroom property, the owner purchased the roof space from the landlord and permission granted for a loft conversion and roof terrace. The property was re-configured to create a vaulted roof space with kitchen and breakfast room on the top floor leading out on to the terrace. The property was fully refurbished, including full electrical re-wire, new combi-boiler and heating system, new bathrooms and kitchen.
